On Sunday night me and my friend when to Yaki Yaki ate buffet ... this restaurant is quit new and got promotion.

Yaki-Yaki restaurant is using the imported japan hand make stove and charcoal.

The food yaki yaki serve is more on Japanese and Chinese cuisine. I like the Japanese station so much, variety of sushi, sashimi and California roll. there also have ramen, tempura station, soup station and item for barbeque. i like prawn king and oyster so much ...tasty

The restaurant design is nice and romantic. the service is very good, all the staff is very helpful ...

I did my 1st try of krispy kreme donuts but the taste not that good as many people say great and i think J.Co and Big Apple are even better. I like the Krispy Kreme service because during Q up the staff will giving out their original flavour donuts for FREE .

Here is the donuts i order- Chocolate Cake, Cheesecake, Almond donuts and a cup of hot cappuccino. the cake/donuts is quit sweet and creamy....

Sushi is one of the most famous Japanese food cultures traditional and it make from rice + seaweed. I like to eat and make sushi when my have pot luck with friend …Here is some simply and easy step to make sushi....

The Ingredient for rice:

500g Japanese stick Rice

2 -3 pack seaweed (Nori)

5 tbsp Japanese vinegar (if 1 more soar can add more)

2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp oil

Ingredient for sushi:

Crab stick
Eggs
Ham
Tuna (Tuna + Mato)
Coslaw (Cabbage+Carrot +Mayo)
Japanese Cucumber (long cut)
Other ingredient as you like

Methods:

1) wash the Japanese sticky rice can cook in rice cooker when the rice is done put all the rice ingredient and mixer well.

2) Prepare 2 plastic begs and wear it on ur hand and put some oil. this to avoid the rice stick on the hand.

3) Try to cubed the rice and put the ingredient on the top of rice.

4) Put the seaweed or Nori on the top of sushi.

5) Sushi is really for serve .

Homemade Batik Cake

Early morning wake up, when morning market buy some ingredient to make batik cake. This cake is one of my lovely cake. the cake is easy and simply to make it .......

The Ingredient needed:

1 whole pack of Marie Biscuits
3 eggs
¾ cup of icing sugar
250g butter
5 spoons of Milo powder & 2 pack Nescafe

The Simply step as follow :

1^st part – pre-cooking preparation

1. Firstly, break all the Marie Biscuits into 4 quarters. Put it aside.

2. Next, beat the eggs till it is even.

2^nd part – cooking ingredients in a sauté pan

1. Melt the whole dollop of butter, into the sauté pan on medium heat.

2. Once the butter has melted bring down the fire to as minimum as possible. Add in the eggs and keep stirring it till it has blended with the butter.

3. Next, add in the sugar and keep stirring the mixture on low heat.

4. Then, add in the Milo and cocoa powder and continue to stir on low heat. Make sure that the mixture doesn’t clump up. Keep stirring till the mixture is shiny.

5. Once bubbles start to pop, an indication that the chocolate is boiling, switch off the fire.

6. Add in the Marie biscuits and mix it with the chocolate paste evenly.

7.Then, put in the mixture into a container and press it down and even it out with a spoon.

8. Let it cool for a few minutes. After that, put it into the fridge to chill and harden.

9.Once it chills and hardens, take it out, cut it out and it is ready to be served.

This is the Outcome - Batik Cake

This cake is simply to make and delicious to eat ...can try it at home. no need microwave or oven ...

On the first day of sushi king promotion, me and my friend did a try the all the sushi .....we reach the Sushi King on 7.30pm and start line up in the same time there is many people line up together .

after waiting for 1 hour and 25 minutes, finally we can sit down and enjoy the sushi ......

After an hours eating, we 5 persons finish 41 plates sushi and the bill is RM 99 only ...

After a long time waiting my friend, finally came fetch me on 7.10am after that waiting another friend to get ready ..... whole Morning just waiting ....

I like McDonald very much, i cant live with out you. i was fall in love to McDonald since few year ago when i am still study high school. me like to eat McD when i am sadness, moody and ..... McD will turn my sadness to happiness when i finish eat McD. me really cant define the real feeling after eating the McD set.

Every time when reach McDonald will order Mc chicken set because i like the taste and the good combination of meat, vege, sauce and bread. According to McDonald sites stated that Mc Chicken is boneless chicken breast and thigh meat coated in the tempura batter and cooked to the golden colour. topped with fresh lettuce and special sauce and tucked between a toasted sesame seed bun.

Beside that, i like to eat McD's french fried. According to McDonald the world famous French Fries are produced from only the best quality potatoes specially grown for McDonald’s at selected farms around the world. The potatoes are specially blanched and processed so that maximum nutrients are retained. this make taste is totally different from other competitor and the colours is golden blown attract me to eat more and more . when the french fried dip in to chili sauce or either sundae ice cream is nice and tasty ..yummy yummy.

when come to beverage, i more prefer to drink Cola light compare to the normal cola. Cola Light is less sugar and more healthy ....

Every Sunday will be the family day and we will when to eat breakfast together early in the morning. But this week is different because my father was working in out station and my sister when to Qing Ming therefore this week Sunday will become normal day to me and me sleep until noon just wake up. from the last more then 1 week me just sit at home and growth mushroom. my best friend suddenly chatting in MSN and planning to meet up and plan to have dinner together.

we meet up and we planned to have our dinner at Yuan Steamboat Restaurant, Subang Jaya. once we reach my friend say there are many people is waiting their turn and need to wait a list 30 minute or maybe more . finally, we decide to change our dining place to 口味锅 (Tasty Pot) (1 minute from yuan steamboat).

we are taking varieties of balls (Fish, squid, crab, yam....) and Seafood. this restaurant have BBQ station in the station serve BBQ squid & Seafood, Otak- Otak, BBQ Lamb, baked potato and....... beside that this restaurant also have the food ready to eat food such as the most famous chicken wing, mini soft crab, fried mini pao and other ........

we are ended up the dinner with yummy yummy ice cream only , because the fruit and dessert item no body refill it ....

we take too many food and cant finish all food because really really full ...this dinner cost me RM 25.50 ( Buffet + tea)

After dinner me and my friend was have a walk to reduce our fullness and suddenly my friend suggest what we can do to increase our income. We are planning to open restaurant but maybe in 5 to 10 year time because we have 5 person and study in different field can manage different department such as accounting (management and cost control), designing (restaurant decor & brochure or banner design), pubic relation (advertising), food service and hotel management ( F&B quality and kitchen flow) and bio-medic (will in- charge human resources and development).

After many idea and discussion finally we are planning start up online business ......we are planning to take 2 week time to do research, what business we wanted to do online ... the business need to be low budget but high return ....got anyone can give any idea to me ...

after 2 week time we will plan and decide what type of business we will sale online. hope this planning can successful ...

This is my 1st time travel out of Malaysia and my 1st time sit inside the flight. sure this all will giving me a lot of new experience and feeling. scare, happy, sad and other feeling is around me this few months . i just keep on thinking and thinking how is this happen in my life.

me still remember when i was in the secondary school, my teacher is say me very stupid and my result is damn poor. in UPSR exam, i get E for my Bahasa Malaysa and English. this make me go to the last class in the high school but i was tell my self i want to changing my self life and dun let people say me is stupid any more. my life is changing because one teacher, our class is damn poor but she trying her heart to teaching us and using many different teaching methods . i am really thank the teacher so much ....

my result is keep on improving from time to time until i can scold satisfactory result in SPM. TAR college, is 2nd important part in my life, i spend 4 year study from diploma to advanced and now take degree in UK soon .... i did enjoy every single moment in TAR College .

Hopefully, my life will be changing when i back from UK and can find a job i like the most and happy work on it.

In the pass 4 year,i really learn alot of thing from the study, friendship, trust, happiness, sadness, filler, successful, and etc .....

i still remember,when 1st week in Kampar i really din not know any friend. i was feel sad and very cham, do everything alone . but my life was totally change when i go for orientation, i know many friend that make me not alone in Kampar for this 4 year.

i really happy to have a group of best friend from xia xiang, DFS classmate, ADHT Classmate and other friend. my life is start change after i join xia xiang. we really have working hard for it and this help us create a good friendship ... i really miss that time prepare the xia xiang and eating, drinking, sleeping, learning, dancing, talking, happy, sad & etc together. we boycott the people we dun like together.hehe .After xia xiang, we all join many camp meet many kids and take care them.yi ling, jack, ming soon, ah mun, mei yen, ming soon, li der, Steven, ken, alice, etc.............

1st 2009 Trip to Melaka

We are planning this trip few weeks before the New Year and we all are really enjoy shopping and eating in Malacca.

2 Jan 2009, Friday

I and 2 friends (Andy & Marcus) were reached Malacca around 3pm and directly shop around the Malacca Jusco, we all also brought the same type of short pants.

Our 1st destination was Zoo Malacca, this place we take 2 and half hours to completely see every thing in the zoo. And we find out that all animal with the word “MALAYA” is lazy and no active at all. I really enjoy see the entire animal because I really long time din go zoo. Is nice to chat with my friend and discuss about each types of animal, from the behavior, action, colors, types and other. However, we need to walk for the whole journey in the zoo.

I so surprise will all the handcraft and unique of the thing that i din really see before this. But I din really buy thing on the 1st day but I buy a lot on the 2nd day when going to Jonker walk. After a while my another group friend is reach Melaka so we going to bus station to meet them and back to same restaurant and eat same thing again that is Satay celuk, but I eat the same amount again on the 2nd time.

everyone wake up late due to the late sleep, we unable follow the time we have plan. but we have a nice Breakfast-Lunch in a old style Nyonya house. The food and environment is good, the staff is friendly too. after that we going to jonker walk again to do our shopping . in the afternoon we when to Mahkota & Pahlawan shopping, the thing is quit cheap and i brought many thing.

we eat dinner at Portuguese village, but we cant find the delicious shop, very dis pointed with the food and price. but the place become more nice after renovation.

After dinner , is time for shopping again at Jonker Walk Night Market, really nice and many people walking around. i saw the guy that host the 8TV's Ho Chak program.
i spend quit amount of money to buy some souvenir to my best friend in KL.

Wake up late also , as my frien dwill take 11.30am bus to kl shopping , we stil at malacca. after my friend back we when to eat chicken rice balland when to shoping again. as we when to same place everyday because my friend miss buy something . after that we when to pahlawan again for final shopping. hehe i brought 1 wallet and 2 shirt. in the early plan, we are planning to go seremban buy siew bao, but due the limited time just back to Kampar intermediately. we stop in Kuala Lumpur rest place and to have our dinner in Mcdonald. we all are very tired back to kampar, because 2moro stil got class to attendant.

That all for my 3day 2 night Malacca trip ....I am very happy can go travelling with my best friend as we will leave easy other very soon ... hope we can have this time again in future....me will miss all my friend ....

After writing the 1^st blog, I have more energetic to write more in the 2^nd or future blogs. This week, really busy and full of activities from end of the year 2008 (31 December2008) until begin of year 2009. I really enjoy this few days holiday with my best friend, friend, family and others.

Last nitez I was sleep late and this make me become panda when I wake up. I was prepare going to class on early in the morning because my housemate have presentation for their business plan. when i go in the class i looking out and see very nice view of lake beside our college and UTAR .

Me really very sleepy in the class but I can’t sleep because I need to listen what my friend present and fins out what is the thing I miss in our presentation for the next day. I was finding some important point need to be change and improve. Below is the 1st 2 group to present their business Plan.

That is advanced to me and another group present on the 2^nd day. After class, I was going to yam cha with my housemate and classmate. Then back to home prepare for rehearsal for our final presentation. On that time, I was very tired and sleepy but still need to do it, we start from 4.30pm until 8pm. One rehearsal takes 1 hour to complete the presentation because 9 people will present. I din take any rest and just try to standardize the power point. My another housemate also going out for rehearsal and come back with make Nyonya kuih as their business is about open a Nyonya restaurant. I was very scare, because see my housemate put many effort in the presentation and we just focus on the presentation parts.

That day I sleep early, because I really tired and nor energy to do rehearsal already.....

2day i was wake up early in the morning and prepare for my presentation. when i wake up, many people in my house because my housemate is doing Nyanya kuih for their presentation. them really wake up very early and prepare ...

after wake up i was bath and prepare everything, packing my cloths and make a final rehearsal after......

after that i was rushing to college to prepare everything and make a final briefing with every group member before start the presentation. we all are scare on the beginning because we are the 1st group to present on the 2nd day. everything is running smoothly and end up our presentation on time. then the last group present their business plan.

after presentation complete, me and my housemate rush back to home and prepare to go Kuala Lumpur. one of my housemate 1 2 rush back to Malacca and another one is follow me go Kuala Lumpur count down. on the highway we are jam almost 1 hours because car accidents.

i reach Kuala Lumpur is around 7pm and prepare a while rushing going out to meet my friends and having our last 2008 dinner.

after dinner, we are rushing go to the curve for countdown and Welcome 2009. really nice firework and people around there.

when finish, my friend suggested to go for clubbing or sing k at red box. then we are choosing go red box to sing k from 12.30am until 5am but is expensive RM58++ (RM75 nett). really happy start for the year 2009. early on the morning we are going to eat dim sim in jinjing, we all really tired. anyway my friend always say many joke story and try to reduces our tiredness. i when back home oledi 7am and prepare a while and sleep on 7.30am. On 9am my mum was wake up me for breakfast with them, then me also going out having breakfast with my family. when back home, i din sleep cause if i sleep sure i can wake up on 12.30pm - prepare to going to mid valley shopping.

on 1.30pm we are going out meet my friend then going to mid valley. we jam another 1 hour in the mid valley city before can get the parking. then we are having our yummy lunch ......

i really spend a lot money in shopping - I buy a jeans and 1 belt from Romp, 2 Shirts from Metrojaya and a box under from jusco. hehe. in the mid of shopping my friend belanja us eat Haagen dezs air cream .

really a happy new year start to me can enjoy shopping, eating, and chatting with friend. we having our dinner at kuchai lama's ah soon fish head noodle. one staff our their was make us disappointed toward the restaurants. then when to my friend's new house at bukit jalil. when i back home oledi 1pm then sleep on 1.30am .

Today is 28 December 2008, nothing special in my life, stay bored at home and do nothing . i was very enjoy this few days holiday and this year me have a special Christmas celebration will my colleagues and housemate. My Christmas celebration start on 23 dec until 25 dec 2008. nice, funny, happy, enjoy and crazy that i can say in this few day. now i re-co back this few day what i am doing ......

today is the happy day for me and my classmate because is the date to summit our harder assignment in our college life . after 7 weeks hard work, now is the date to summit this assignment and i will remember this assignment in my life. this assignment was cost us RM100++ (RM11 per person). But the sadness will be continue during 31 dec 2008 - presentation date. hope everything is ok and get a good mark for it . after summit assignment our whole class is crazy taking a lot of pictures, inside and outside the class. really crazy ...check this out !!!!!

me and my friend toked on centre of college

after this crazy photo taking section we are going to tesco buy some snack back to prepare for out special Christmas nitez. before going back, we are feel hungry and my friend all say 1 2 eat something special for this special day. finally, we all decide to eat at Grand Kampar Hotel.

i was ordering Oriental Chicken Chop set ( come with mushroom soup with bread, oriental chicken chop as main course, cut fruits as dessert and ice lemon tea just RM 13.90++). we are sharing 3 people's steamboat as well. Me 1st time order so many thing in hotel. i spend RM23 for this special dinner.

when finish the dinner is around 10.30pm and we are planning to meet in our house at 11.30pm for Christmas gift exchange that we plan 3 weeks before. we oledi draw ed the person that we 1 2 buy the gift too. All the gift is around RM 20. after the dinner we all are going back to prepare for the 2nd round and i was decor my house .then place the gift in the center of the house and start our simple but warm Christmas party.

after exchange the gift . we start to chatting, eating and playing . the game we are playing is simple but the punishment is no so easy . who lose need to drink at least 500ml mix water from mineral water, vodka, tea, Orange juice, grape, and other. is crazy but nice to play and this give me a memorable nitez. the party end on 3.30am.

24 December 2008,

24 dec i was wake up 10am because i have class on 11am . on the class i was very sleepy and really dun noe what the lecturer is teaching. after that was going to take lunch and go to bank buy bankdraf -register for further study at Liverpool, UK . now the currency was drop until 1 pounds = RM5.223 , as compare to last time RM6.90.

3pm going to another bored class, just sit and chit chatting in the class . but is a funny class.after that back to home and class until 7.30pm, my housemate wake me up for dinner with my classmate. after that we all are desired to play back the game that we play last nite ( mix and mix then drink) the party ended around 1.30am. then me and my housemate going yam cha before going to sleep.

25 December 2008, Christmas Day

wake up on 3pm as today is holiday so i can sleep until so late then taking my lunch. after back to home, suddenly feel 1 2 eat western cuisine for dinner. then me and my housemate going to tesco to buy some ingredient and wanted to cook western dinner. the menu is appetizer is mushroom soup with cheese bread, main course is deep fried black pepper chicken serve with coleslaw and mayo-thai sauce, side dish have fried wadges, French fried, broccoli, carrot, dessert is mango pudding serve with lychees. here is the picture of the dish that me and my housemate cook.

after eating my housemate is pity to wash everything that i use to cook .me and another housemate was clean up the floor. after that we all doing our own work. i sleep on 4am.

26 & 27 December 2008,

This 2 days i was busy editing presentation power point and make me forget 2day is what day oledi. really crazy doing the power point. i just get noe when my housemate tell me 2day is Saturday and i get surprise on it . this mean i still got 3 more day to prepare for my last presentation in Tar College. now is oledi 28 december 2008, 4.28am, the time is running so fast and stil got few day want to step in to 2009 . hope evrything will me fine to me and my family. i am abit tired. so today blog is until here, to be continue .........
