Kong’s Homemade Sushi.......

Sushi is one of the most famous Japanese food cultures traditional and it make from rice + seaweed. I like to eat and make sushi when my have pot luck with friend …Here is some simply and easy step to make sushi....

The Ingredient for rice:

500g Japanese stick Rice


2 -3 pack seaweed (Nori)
5 tbsp Japanese vinegar (if 1 more soar can add more)
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp oil

Ingredient for sushi:

Crab stick
Eggs
Ham
Tuna (Tuna + Mato)
Coslaw (Cabbage+Carrot +Mayo)
Japanese Cucumber (long cut)
Other ingredient as you like

Methods:

1) wash the Japanese sticky rice can cook in rice cooker when the rice is done put all the rice ingredient and mixer well.

2) Prepare 2 plastic begs and wear it on ur hand and put some oil. this to avoid the rice stick on the hand.

3) Try to cubed the rice and put the ingredient on the top of rice.

4) Put the seaweed or Nori on the top of sushi.

5) Sushi is really for serve .
